But not all the people think responsively and that is when trouble starts, and the institutions of the government have to guarantee that there is a balance of liberties, respect, and obligations.
So the government should always act according to the law. To guarantee liberties and also to enforce the laws when need it, no matter the circumstances. Otherwise, people's abuse of liberties and society becomes something chaotic.
