Answer:

When you get a poor grade on a quiz, you might blame the teacher for not adequately explaining the material, completely dismissing the fact that you didn't study. When a classmate gets a great grade on the same quiz, you might attribute his good performance to luck, neglecting the fact that he has excellent study habits.

Interpersonal Attribution: When telling a story to a group of friends or acquaintances, you are likely to tell the story in a way that places you in the best possible light.

Predictive Attribution: We also tend to attribute things in ways that allow us to make future predictions. If your car was vandalized, you might attribute the crime to the fact that you parked in a particular parking garage. As a result, you will avoid that parking garage in the future in order to avoid further vandalism.

Explanatory Attribution: We use explanatory attributions to help us make sense of the world around us. Some people have an optimistic explanatory style, while others tend to be more pessimistic. People with an optimistic style attribute positive events to stable, internal and global causes and negative events to unstable, external and specific causes. Those with a pessimistic style attribute negative events to internal, stable and global causes and positive events to external, stable and specific causes.

Explanation:

In an internal, or dispositional, attribution, people infer that an event or a person's behavior is due to personal factors such as traits, abilities, or feelings. In an external, or situational, attribution, people infer that a person's behavior is due to situational factors.

What is the refractory period? Why would it be beneficial for cardiac muscle to have a long absolute refractory period?
Dvinal [7]

Explanation:

<u>Refractory period is period of the time during which organ or cell is not more capable of repeating an  action. It can also be said as amount of the time, the organ takes for the excitable membrane so that it can be as ready for a second stimulus as once it returns to the resting state by following an excitation.</u>

Refractory period in the cardiac physiology is related to ion currents flow into and out of cell freely.

<u>The long refractory period of the cardiac muscle helps to excite heart before proceeding of contraction, which enables heart to pump the blood and to relax then which then to be filled with the blood in cardiac cycle.</u>

You ground your vitamin C tablet and dissolved the ground powder in 250. mL of water in a volumetric flask. The mass of the tabl
inna [77]

Answer:

0.2558 g

Explanation:

1.- In titration, since you have the concentration and the volume of the titrant and the aliquot that you take, you can use the formula C1 V1 = C2 V2.

2.- To obtain C2 = C1 V1  /V2

    Substitution C2 = (0.0149 M ) (9.75 ml) /25 ml = 0.0058 11 M

3.- This concentration is the number of moles that you would have in 1 L but you dissolve your tablet in 250 ml, so a rule of three.

4.- 0.005811 moles - 1 L

                     x        - 0.250 L

X= 0.250 L x 0.005811 moles / 1L = 0.00145275 moles

5.- using your molecular weight, you can obtain the grams with another rule of three.

0.00145275 moles -  x

                  1 mole - 176.12 g

x= 176.12 g  x 0.00145275 moles / 1 mole = 0.2558 g

Hope this was useful

Neutropenia.

Having too few neutrophils, a particular kind of white blood cell, leads to neutropenia. While all white blood cells aid in the body's ability to fight infections, neutrophils are particularly crucial in the battle against some illnesses, particularly those brought on by bacteria.

You may be more susceptible to infections if you have neutropenia. Even common oral and digestive system bacteria can cause significant sickness when neutropenia is severe.

A reduction in neutrophils leads to fever and infection (neutropenia). Anemia, or low red blood cell counts, contributes to AML symptoms such pallor, weakness, and weariness.

Pancytopenia, a generalized drop in all blood components, is not the reason why AML patients have fever. In AML, petechiae and bruises are brought on by thrombocytopenia, a decrease in platelet count.
