Overeating can lead to obesity and health problems so it's important to know when to stop and start. Family love and care are what impacts the children the most. Being taught what is right and wrong and being surrounded by love and care give positive growth to children. Spending time with each other and having deep meaningful conversations help with social skills. People who come from a negative family where they are abused and neglected have a difficult time with basic social skills and bonding with other people.
