Answer:

Vincent Van Gogh's notorious "Starry Night" has the texture of a oily, yet soft touch to the eyes. When examined closer, you can see that the colors are mainly black, blue, and yellow. The space looking towards the mountains is magnificently done, for you can tell with a naked eye that they are far away. The pattern of the wind that is painted blue is also a very big part, you wouldn't be able to tell that there was wind in the background if not the hue's were different from the other colors. The rhythm of this entire painting leads towards the side of calm and mysterious.

Hopefully having 5 words gets you a bit of EC! Hope this helped :)

_____ is the process in formal analysis where you write about what you see and just stick to the facts of the artwork.
skad [1K]

Answer:

D:EVALUATION/JUDGMENT

Explanation:

Artists and designers often record ideas, observations and insights that come to them as they produce their work. These insights can help them to analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of the work that has been produced. Being able to analyse a work is an essential part of evaluating it. Art critiques need to generate facts upon which to base their opinions: namely, facts about (1) the context of the artwork; and (2) the artwork itself. Once we have the facts, we can then make our assessment.
