Explanation:

If we see what exactly Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs is, what it stands for and what things it cover. According to Maslow's Need of hierarchy, humans have the following needs;

Physiological or Biological Needs: Basic biological needs, like air, water, food, shelter, clothing, primary health needs etc

Safety Needs: Need of personal security, property, resources etc

Need of Belonging: Having friends, family, people to talk to with etc

Esteem Needs: Need for self respect, freedom, status, recognition etc.

Self-actualization Need: Reaching the heights where one can go and attaining the most highest form of something which one desires.

After reading all the above needs, it is very much clear in understanding that in US, the society's most people are trying to satisfy their need for freedom, status and recognition, which comes under Esteem Need's heading, whereas, few people are also trying to fulfill their needs of belonging as well. But if we talk about other societies, like most Asian countries, most people are trying to satisfy their Physiological and Safety needs because those countries are under developed, having very less employment and income level, therefore most of their people are after satisfying these two basic needs.

I am Lyosha [343]

Answer:

a) avoiding

b) accommodation

Explanation:

a) Meredith feels uncomfortable with confrontations, she chooses to remain neutral while staying away from the discussion, so it is correct to say that she used the style of avoiding conflict resolution, which occurs when individuals prefer to avoid a situation that can generate conflicts as in the case described in the matter, and so they prefer to act diplomatically avoiding confrontations and not giving opinions contrary to a given situation.

b) Linda used the accommodation style as she gave in to Peter's demands for the choice of products. In this style, the individual values the relationship with the other individual above his personal opinion, and therefore gives up on maintaining the conflict because of a situation that is less important to him than the maintenance of the relationship.

Sergeeva-Olga [200]

Answer:

The answer is "Option b".

Explanation:

A lump-sum payment is always a big amount, payable in one transaction rather than in installments. They usually relate to pensions as well as other pension systems, such as 401 K accounts, for which seniors accept a smaller payment in front instead of a greater amount given throughout time.

The ordinary rent is also an equitable payment season made for a specified duration after time steps. Payment is usually made monthly, quarterly, semi-annéely, or yearly, even if in ordinary annuities as frequent just like every week.

In his perspective, Richard invests financial organization or anything in his investment consultant. Their consultant promised him a fresh AAA-rated bond offering. Richard opted to purchase from this offering a total of 100 bonds. Every six months the issuing corporation pays for a coupon of $1000. The original cost and future receipt of accrued interest might be called lump sum and ordinary annuities.
