Another thing the poem talked about is how those who were fighting for change later endedup joining the Government.

The writer is talking with a sense of sadness , Courage and Determination for the change he wants.

Another thing I think the poem talks about is how change has brought Badluck on them through the Government (it was change that brought in the Government)
