I would actually say that the correct answer would be the first option. The other options don't even have commas what so ever in the sentence at all. But as for the first option, this sentence does contain a comma.

And also, as we can point out one part of the sentence, we can see that this would not be a (run-on) sentence. The fact this this sentence would contain the right pronunciation.
