what larger shift was indicated by women beginning to serve as secretaries and radio operators in the us navy
EleoNora [17]
I found these choices on the internet:
Women were starting to take on more involved roles.
The navy was removing women from active combat.
Military leaders were beginning to put women in command.
More women than men were serving in the military.

The answer would be Women were starting to take on more involved roles.

Women roles quickly change because of the war. More than 100,000 women worked in the Women's Army Corps during World War II, which later became recognized as the Women’s Army Corps. Women also participated in the United States Navy.

What two reasons did the spanish have for deciding not to focus on their northern borderlands
Alika [10]

The northern borderlands of the Spanish colonies are now situated in the south of the United States. This place is rather dry and desertic compared with the centre of Mexico, what used to be the heart of the colonies. They didn't have the means to make it productive land and produce crops, and didn't have the workforce either. Indians living there were nomadic and offered great resistance to Spanish subjugation, the opposite from the tribes living in the centre of Mexico, sedentarian and already used to the dominance of an empire, the Aztec one.

Name three reasons the Barbarians changed different societies?
attashe74 [19]

Answer:

Historians have postulated several explanations for the appearance of "barbarians" on the Roman frontier: climate change, weather and crops, population pressure, a "primeval urge" to push into the Mediterranean, the construction of the Great Wall of China causing a "domino effect" of tribes being forced westward.
