In 1915 the British and French forces launched an ill-fated naval attack on Turkish forces in the Dardanelles in northwestern Turkey. The failure of the attack resulted in significant casualties and resources for the British and French.
In the United States election of 2000, Florida was "<span>b. a swing state with challenged votes", since the vote was incredibly close there and there were issues with the ballot boxes. </span>

3. Since larger states and smaller states have the same number of senators, there’s a clear benefit to representing a smaller state. Think about the 9 million people that live in New York that are represented by two senators. Then think about how the 1 million people that live in Maine who are also represented by two senators. The senators that represent larger states have much more stress than the smaller states do.

<span>As time has gone on, FEMA has evolved into a group of people who rally together to fix a problem which is very similar to Cooperative federalism, which is a system where it is not every man for himself but everyone working together for a common good. FEMA is a resource that does just that and serves all the people of the country in a crisis.</span>
