Answer and Explanation:

Media and Information Literacy (MIL) refers to our ability to access and assess information, making informed judgments concerning it, as well our ability to create and produce media and information ourselves.

The activities I practice that illustrate MIL are:

1. On a daily basis, I access online content related to news and events, both national and international;

2. I then assess the information obtained by looking up different sources, comparing the details, and searching for comments and opinions to help me form my own judgment;

3. I use social media to express my ideas and opinions concerning different subjects and events.

Enjambment - the sentences do not finish with the end of the line.
Simile - "like a slackened drum"
Maybe even hyperbole, since it is an exaggeration.

I'm pretty sure you're allowed to write in First-Person, but make sure to make it clear you're writing about someone else's perspective.
