Please Help!! I have a 99 in this class. If I get a 45 on a project that’s worth 50% of my grade, what would my grade be?

So I always go to this site for grade calculations

https:// rogerhub. com   /final-grade-calculator/

So go down to "I already took my final" or something like that

So with you having a 99, then got a 45% on a project that's worth 50% of your grade, your grade unfortunately drops 72%.

A grocery store sells avocados for $1.25 each. The graph shows the cost for different numbers of avocados.
Aleksandr [31]
I don’t know if this is right or not so, sorry if it’s wrong ;-;

1,2,3,4,5 = independent

c=1.25a = neither

$1.25, $2.50, $3.75, $5.00, $6.25 = dependent

Number of avocados = independent

Cost of avocados = dependent

If this is right then I’ll put the explanation in the comments, again sorry if it isn’t.

A crew of highway workers paved 1/2 mile in 1/4 hour. If they work at the same rate, how much will they pave in one hour?
mote1985 [20]

Step-by-step explanation:

The easiest approach is to realise that one hour is 3 times longer than

20

minutes. The longer the time, the more they will pave.

2

15

of a mile, in 20 minutes, how much in 60 minutes?#

They will pave 3 times more.

2

15

×

3

1

=

6

15

of a mile

6

15

=

2

5

of a mile

You could also use the 'unitary method' where you find out how much they pave in ONE minute (divide by

20

) and them multiply by

60

to find how much in one hour.

Look at what happens:

2

15

÷

20

×

60

=

2

15

×

1

20

×

60

3

2

15

×

exactly the same maths.

the area of a rectangle garden is 38 1/4 square meters.The width of the garden is 4 1/2 meters.Find the length of the garden.
never [62]
Area = 38 1/4 = 153/4

Width = 4 1/2 = 9/2

Area = Length x Width

Length = Area/Width

So divide both of them:
\sf{ \frac{153}{4} \div \frac{9}{2} =\sf{ \frac{153}{4} \times \frac{2}{9} = \frac{9 \times 17}{2\times 2}\times \frac{2}{9} = \frac{17}{2}

So the length is equal to \boxed{\sf{\frac{17}{2}}}
