Explanation:

Certain events are natural stressors (think: a new job, a traumatic accident, a cancer diagnosis, a big move, or an unexpected tax payment that’s due). As for the rest of life’s stress-inducers, “it’s really all about interpretation,” says Gupta. “What we see with patients is that some event happens, and based on what the patient has experienced in the past, they’ll react with a certain level of stress and discomfort, or be calm.”

The causes of stress can also feel more amorphous. You might experience stress when you feel that you’ve lost your purpose in life or that you’re not relating to friends or a spouse. “The triggers really vary widely,” she says.

Some stressors, however, stand out: Studies have shown that money and work tend to be common sources of stress.

Answer:

Mental health conditions, such as depression, or a building sense of frustration, injustice, and anxiety can make some people feel stressed more easily than others. Previous experiences may affect how a person reacts to stressors. Common major life events that can trigger stress include: job issues or retirement.

How many historically significant women can you name? it's likely that the number you can list off the top of your head pales in comparison to that of noteworthy men am I right.

So its not like there is a lack in facinationg and achiveing women its that we really never explore them and thats probably why we dant have history on them. Among its conclusions: Strong support for a museum that celebrates American women's history and achievements, a recommendation that the museum reflect diverse experiences and views, a plea for public and private financial support. In concusion we should all respect and try to put more time into womens history and great achievments.

Question 1

Answer:

As we strive to improve conversations about race, racism, and racial justice in this country, the environment in which we’re speaking seems to be constantly shifting, which shows that these conversations are more important than ever. We’ve put together some advice on finding entry points based on research, experience, and the input of partners from around the country. This is by no means a complete list, but it is a starting point for moving these discussions forward.

Please note that while there are many reasons to communicate with various audiences about racial justice issues, this memo focuses on messaging with the primary goal of persuading them toward action. There are many times when people need to communicate their anger, frustration, and pain to the world and to speak truth to power. Doing so may not always be persuasive, but that obviously doesn’t make it any less important. Since we’re considering persuasion a priority goal in this memo, please consider the following advice through that lens.
