Since the seconds is on the first one 0 then he is 0 feet. Then 2, 4, 6, 8. Because every second he gets to feet colser. On c, the independent variable is how time, and the dependent variable is distance from motion detector. 6w-19 + k when<br> w=8 and k = 2
ddd [48]

Answer:

31.

Step-by-step explanation:

1. Write out the problem.

6w-19 + k; w=8 and k=2

2. Figure out the first part of the problem.

So, if w=8 and 6 and w are next to each other, we should multiply 6*8, which is 48. Next, it says to subtract 19. 48-19=29.

3. Find out what the last part of the problem is.

Since the first part of the problem is 29 and k=2, we should add 29+2=31, which is the final answer.

Hope this helped :)

HELP WILL MARK BRAINLIEST!!!!!!!
zlopas [31]

Answer and Step-by-step explanation:

4 hours on Monday, so subtract 4 from 16.

We get 12.

So now it says twice as many on Saturday as on Thursday

So two numbers that add up to 12, but one number is twice the other number, would be 4.

4 times 2 is 8, and 4 + 8 is 12. 12 + 4 = 16

8 is the answer.

Kyle works 8 hours on Saturday.

Since 8 is twice the amount of 4, and 8 + 4 + 4 equals 16.
