You can try applying heat or ice. There are also these special Chinese made pads that can really help using some medicine which soothes your back and relieves the pain. Mainly apply ice for the first 24-48 hours, then apply heat until the back pain is relieved.

Who is considered the founder of soccer
NNADVOKAT [17]
Records trace the history of soccer back more than 2,000 years ago to ancient China. Greece, Rome, and parts of Central America also claim to have started the sport; but it was England that transitioned soccer, or what the British and many other people around the world call “football,” into the game we know today.

explain three strategies which local municipality is implementing in addressing the issue of lack of clean water
vivado [14]
Three strategies which a local municipality could implement to address lack of clean water would depend on where this occurred. If it was in a big city, the municipal water source would have to be tested to determine the quality of the water and what was making it unclean, and then decide on the type of treatment and finally to implement the financing and building of a treatment plant such as the state of the art one built for Vancouver, BC, Canada recently.
