He works for a company in customer support answering phone calls from customers who report technical problems with computers. His boss requires him to make sure that all customers are satisfied with their call, but many customers are upset and angry when they call into the center. Because he is always tired, he doesn’t feel like doing anything when he gets home. He spends the weekend watching TV and binge eating. His mom calls, but he doesn’t answer his phone. 1.
