Answer: Mohandas Gandhi's primary goal was to secure India for Hindus and to achieve equal treatment for indians.

Explanation: Gandhi fought for the freedom of India from Great Britain without violence because he wanted to advance the idea of satyagraha, or passive resistance, to help oppressed people. Gandhi's main motivation was  prejudice from the British in South Africa. He faced a lot of discrimination in South Africa. However, he was proceeded to act against the British Empire when he was imprisoned for demanding independence in 1942.
