Answer:

Among the pros would be that they could get staff faster because if there is no human resource planning that is needed they could get more candidates for selection, other pro would be that they could decrease costs in Hunters because the staff would not be so specific..

However, there are many cons of not planning the acquisition of human talent among which are mainly that and the acquisition of human resources would not meet the requirements by the company and therefore, the objectives of the company would be in danger another of it purshases is that if he did not plan the acquisition of human resources, we could over-hire the amount of people that are not necessary for the organization, so we would have the disadvantage of being inefficient, compared to other competitive companies.
