Explanation: Replication is a process of making two identical copies of DNA from a double-stranded DNA. This process is catalyzed by an enzyme called DNA polymerase. Before DNA polymerase begins the synthesis of the new strands, helicase will unwind or unzip the double-stranded DNA.
