Telophase is the last phase of cell division in which we see two daughter cells and the nuclear membrane again re appears so this is not telophase.
During Metaphase chromosomes are also condensed but they are less condensed than those in prophase.
During Interphase DNA actually divides and this is a phase before actual division of a cell in which it spends most of its life.
