Answer: Muslim and Hindu Countries.

Explanation:

Muslim majority for the Pakistan and Hindu majority in India. This was done by the British who wanted to enact the divide rule policy on the country in order to make their hold stronger on them. Basically split them in two and make them enemies in order for it to be easier to control them.
