Well I eat a lot of carbs so really no.I guess I could eat more vegies and fruits.I don't normally use all the food groups.I usually exercise a lot because I am a cheerleader and dancer so basically that could help.Other then that I just need to figure out how to stop eating so much bread and pasta.
