Optimism can still be present in case something goes wrong with the new world and we have another problem or there are people who just aren't optimistic.
In my opinion, it does make sense. If you want the message a little clearer try not to rhyme three words so close together. I recommend one of these examples if they fit the rhythm you're trying to go for.

Because she's a flirtation"
"Can't say no to these sensations
Because she's a flirtation"
