The command form would be "ten" as in "tenlo" which means have it but im not sure if that is what you are looking for.
1. “At what time is your English class?”
Answer (I don’t know your schedule so change what is in the brackets): “Mi clase de ingles es a la(s) [number] de la [tarde/mañana]” (my english class is at [number] in the [afternoon/morning])
2. “At what time does school start?”
Answer (put the time your school starts in the brackets): “la escuela empieza a las [number] de la mañana”
3. “At what time does school end?”
Answer (put the time your school ends in the brackets): “la escuela termina a las [number] de la tarde”
