Autocracy refers to a system of government that granted one person to rule with absolute power.
In this type of government, there is no such thing as congress or supreme court that could challenge the decision made by the leader. This makes every words that come out from that leader's mouth are a divine laws that must be followed without questions.
There are two different types of Governments. One is a Federal Government and the other is A State government. Like they both tax us, The State income taxes and Government tax. Gov, tax is for making construction things like roads or paying the police and State is for income. Hope this helps. :)

Because of that they wanted equality, and from that "equal" representation, for their constituency. Equal in quotes in the previous statement is because not everyone had the same rights at the time.
