During the Civil War, there was a lot of carnage. People wouldnsend their sons, husbands, etc. off to war, and never expected them to return. If you were on the battle field, there were so many fatalities and numerous injuries. Soldiers lost limbs, and nurses and doctors would have to try to save them with little supplies and no sterile environment.

A time i encountered something difficult was when I couldn't leave my house as a result of Covid-19. In order to take care of myself, I went on walks in my area, and I kept a distance from everyone in order to be safe.
