We can see that greatest common factor of 54 and 36 is 18. Therefore, greatest number of goodie bags that can be created is 18.

b) Let us find the number of each type of giveaway in each bag.

\text{ Number of posters in each goodie bag}=\frac{36}{18} =2

Therefore, there will be 3 tickets and 2 posters in each goodie bag as the greatest number of goodie bags is 18.
