Conflict is a major theme in Romeo and Juliet. There are many conflicts between various characters. They can be classified in one of the four types: Man vs. Man, Man vs. Society, Man vs. Nature, or Man vs. Self.

For Romeo, as one of the main characters, here are two examples of conflict. Friar Lawrence wrote an important letter to Romeo. Due to the plague, Romeo never received it. Plague is a nature event and beyond control of man. It illustrates a conflict of Man Vs Nature. Even through the letter was important to Romeo (Man), the plague (Nature) prevented it from reaching him.

The other obvious example of conflict was Romeo fell in love with Juliet. The two families are constantly at odds with each other. As part of their respective families, they should hate each other as well. Families are part of the greater society. So when Romeo fell in love with Juliet, he (Man) became in conflict with his family (Society.)

Why shouldn't student expression shounld not be restricted? Explain why?
Reil [10]
Because even if we as students are younger than those in authority, we still have a voice to be heard, and an opinion to be shared. We have rights just as much as anyone else, and we should be able to express ourselves freely.
Hope this helps~!
