Explanation:
Dear Sophie,
I hope you're okay. It's a shame because we can't see each other in person, but I promised to write you an email about my vacation this summer. I went to France, and I loved it! First, I traveled to Normandy. I went to Étretat, where I saw the beach and the beautiful cliffs. Then, I visited the island of Mont Saint Michel. It was truly magnificent! Afterwards, I went to Bernay, a small town in the countryside. I saw the river, the pretty streets, and the fields that are right next to the city. Finally, I visited the city of Rouen. There was a river and bridges to cross it. I also saw a big bell and a fish market. Then I took a train to go to Marseille, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. In Marseille, I saw the Old Port, the beaches, and the mountains. It was sunny, and the scenery was really beautiful! I swear to you that the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region is as beautiful as Normandy. Both have beaches, but it was warmer in Marseille than in Etretat or Mont Saint Michel. This time, I spent less time in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region than in Normandy because I know Normandy better. When I go back to France next summer, I will undoubtedly spend more time in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur to discover the region a little more!
With friendship,
Monise

Some Burundian artisans have special songs to accompany different stages of their work.Burundian cuisine is a reflection of the varied geography of the country: Burundi is located in Central Africa on a territory of mountains, savannas, agricultural fields, forests located near rivers and water points. Agriculture is spread over 80% of the country's surface. It includes coffee, tea, maize, beans and cassava. Thanks to these characteristics, Burundi cuisine is very representative of African culinary culture, because it includes beans, which are the basis of Burundian cuisine, exotic fruits, mainly plantains, sweet potatoes, cassava, peas. and cereals, such as corn and wheat. Burundian food is low in meat, because livestock is a secondary activity. However, there are some dishes of goat and sheep meat. The cow is considered a sacred animal and is not consumed.
Burundian cuisine is based on homemade food, using homemade utensils used for drinking, transporting water and storing cereals.
