The facts i know is:

4.</span><span>The idea of social equality that came about with the advent of the new nation trickled down to religion.
5.</span>Unlike the Calvinists, they believed and preached in salvation for all. <span>

I do not know but if i was you I would pick Washington.
They all protested untill everyone had enough and was ready to give in. Their willingness also played a role in it being successful.
