The left side of your heart pumps oxygenated blood to your body.
The right side pumps blood to the lungs to receive the oxygen and it goes out of the left side to distribute it throughout the body.

I am diabetic and the only one that i know of that does not happen is recurring infections unless you have very easily bruised skin and then maybe it can happen if you get sick or something
