Ida B. Wells was mainly concerned about the education of
Radda [10]

Answer:

African Americans.

Explanation:

Ida Wells was an American civil rights activist who campaigned primarily to make lynchings of blacks a thing of the past, particularly in the southern United States.

In 1884, she refused to leave a segregated train compartment in Memphis. After the train company had her forcibly removed from the compartment, she sued the company. She won, but in 1887 the Tennessee Supreme Court overturned the verdict.

From 1889 she was an editor of an anti-segregation magazine in Memphis. Her book on lynching, A Red Record, was published in 1895. In 1909, Wells was present when the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People was formed in New York. She was one of the first black women to run for the Illinois legislature in 1930.

Can someone help me with this question and explain me well too. *AND please don't just write whatever because that is not helpfu
aalyn [17]

Answer:

Your answer will be D.

Explanation:

The Compromise of 1850 acted as a temporary truce on the issue of slavery. The reason why is the Compromise worked out the issue of slavery in the North and South. The South is known to be "Slave States". But at this time everyone had slaves but majority of the slaves were located in the South. (So when you hear about freed slaves at the end of the Civil War most of them have moved to either Kansas or Missouri.) So becuase of the Missouri Compromise, Missouri has now freed its slaves along with slaves in Maine. It also learned how to deal with the spread of slavery into western territories. The compromise divided the lands of the Louisiana Purchase into two parts. Slavery would be allowed south of latitude 36 degrees 30'. So in conclusion this Compromise helped limit the amount of slaves in the south.

I Hope this helps :)
