There are 5 participants, but 1 participant  came out of the study, in this order of ideas only it is neccesary to add the estimate values of calories per person (450+426+310+500), the result is 1.686, that result need to be devided by the four participants to find the average of calories that they consume, 1686 divided by 4 is equal 421,5 calories in average
