Can someone help me, im so confused and dont know where to begin how do i find x please help :(

I would say D :)

You can see the lines on the side of the triangle which means congruent, so you can see that both angles inside are the same. A triangle is 180°, so subtract 30° and divide that answer by two. You'll get 75°.
