Logical fallacy is a flaw in someone's reasoning in their argument, good agruments don't have these. Weak arguments tend to use logical fallacies to make them appear stronger, these are often used by Politicians, media, and others. One more thing, the dictionary defintion is "a mistaken belief, especially one based on unsound argument.", so a fallacy is a mistaken belief, and logical can mean rational or with reason, so you can put these together and see that a logical fallacy is a fallacy that mistakes their point of view or agrument as a raitional idea or reason.
