to be (présent) going to + infinitive = aller (présent) + infinitive

<em>ALLER présent</em>

je vais

tu vas

il/elle/on va

ils/elles vont

In English, you use "BE" in present tense + going to + infinitive

in French, you use "ALLER" in present tense + infintive
