Answer:

Creating a division which was dedicated to sabotaging the government.

Explanation:

Nelson Mandela expanded his anti-governmental activities in the 1960s by creating a division which was dedicated to sabotaging the apartheid regime. In 1961 Nelson Mandela became the commander in chief of the guerrilla army and became known as the black pimpernel. During this period he was able to learn how to fight and acquire weapons; however, in 1963 the police came across documents outlining the plans of the guerrilla army. This resulted in the arrest of Mandela and eight others where they were accused of sabotage and the conspiracy to overthrow the Apartheid regime. This led to the life imprisonment of Mandela through the Rivonia trial that established the central role of Mandela.

Nat2105 [25]

Answer:

General Taylor's troops crossed into the "Mexican Territory."

Explanation:

The spark of the "Mexican-American" war happened when General Taylor's troops crossed into the "Mexican Territory." This happened when President Polk tried to re-establish diplomatic relations with Mexico because the country broke relations in early 1845.

Despite the U.S. government's effort, the Mexican government refused to communicate. General Taylor then sent his troops across the Rio Grande so they could communicate with the Mexican officials. The crossing of the troops at the Mexican territory was deemed an act of war for the Mexicans, since it was an invasion of their territory. This started the Mexican-American war and it kicked off. This then resulted to the Mexicans crossing the border and attacking some American soldiers.

So, this explains the answer.
