To begin with, Thomas Jefferson was a hardworking individual as he began studying by the age of 5 and learned Latin by the age of 9. Another characteristic was that he loves learning as it was normal for him to study 14 hours a day. Another trait was that ever since he had a sense for justice as he studied law and took the bar exam when he was 23 years old. Thomas Jefferson also has a love for freedom as he wanted everyone to obtain it as he wrote the Declaration of Independence . He was also well educated on a lot of subjects including zoology,physics,mathematics,philosophy and lastly he was master of the word being spoken such as Greek, Latin, Italian, Spanish and French.
He wanted himself to change as much as he wanted others to change as well, but he saw that it was a very difficult task to change oneself, and by seeing that, he understood the challenges he would face when changing the people.
