I am absolutely sure that the one of following U.S. territories or protectorates is south of Johnson Atoll and in the Pacific Ocean is Kingman Reef. I prepared an attachment as a explanation of my choise and as you can see,  it is South East of Johnston Atoll. Hope it helps!
