Explanation:

I struggled to fit in all throughout all throughout middle school as I was the only person with curly hair at my school and I didn't feel excepted.  I struggled finding my place in social group as I felt I didn't belong.  I would constantly compare myself to others and deem myself ugly because my  my hair was curly.  I ended up just going up to a group and asking if they didn't like me due to those reasons.  Turns out, it was all in my head and they just thought I didn't like them.  Once I talked to them, I realized that they were more than happy to except me for as I was and that they were just as nervous as I was.  Moral of the story, sometimes you just have to put aside your differences and go for it.  Ive had the same group of friends for about 4 years now.
