Although writing an essay cannot be done because it is a personal assignment, we can still explore ideas that can get you started in your assignment.

First of all, you need to decide what your opinion is, and in order to do so, you need to think of the pros and cons of each position.

It is better to succeed individually because you are more likely to receive direct praise. You are also more likely to be the recipient of all rewards. Finally, you have the advantage of being sure that your success was due to your personal efforts. However, succeeding on your own can be lonely.

On the other hand, when you succeed as part of a team, you have a lot of people to share that experience with. You might also be able to draw a bigger crowd to celebrate with you. A success might bring you closer to your teammates. However, you might not be able to enjoy the totality of the rewards that the success brings.
