we know that

the area of the floor is equal to the area of a rectangle

so

Area of the floor=L*W

where

L is the length side of the floor

W is the width side of the floor

L=100\frac{3}{4} ft\\\\ L=(100*4+3)/4\\\\ L=\frac{403}{4} ft

W=75\frac{1}{2} ft\\\\ W=(75*2+1)/2\\\\ W=\frac{151}{2} ft

Area of the floor=\frac{403}{4} *\frac{151}{2}

Area of the floor= \frac{60,853}{8}

Area of the floor=7,606.625 ft²

therefore

the answer is

the area of the floor is 7,606.625 ft²

In the geometric progression 1, 2, 4… what term is 512?
Levart [38]

The next term is double the previous term, so that the n-th term is given recursively by

\begin{cases}a_1=1\\a_n=2a_{n-1}&\text{for }n>1\end{cases}

This rule tells us that

a_2=2a_1

a_3=2a_2=2^2a_1

a_4=2a_3=2^3a_1

and so on, with the explicit rule

a_n=2^{n-1}a_1=2^{n-1}

for n\ge1.

If 512 is the k-th term in the sequence, then

512=2^{k-1}\implies\log_2512=\log_22^9=\log_22^{k-1}\implies9=k-1\implies k=10

kupik [55]

Answer:

ok so you see the equation at the top... you are going to "plug in" the number in the "in" row to get the "out number

Step-by-step explanation:

example

in: 4

-2(-4)+1

8+1

9

so for the out row under -4 you would put 9

-2(-3)+1

6+1

7

so for the out row under 3 you would put 7
