Possible Answer: Humans change their behaviors to adapt to their surroundings in many ways. Humans adapt by building dwelling places that fit the climate and landscape they live in. Environment also has a significant impact on modes of transportation, economy, the types of activities humans participate in, and even communication methods. The way that humans interact and relate to their environment helps geographers understand the unique qualities of a place and helps humans interpret the past, understand the present, and prepare for the future.

The environment can change human behavior in many ways. Like for example you want to go out with your friends because the weather is fine but suddenly the environment changes and you have to cancel your plans.

The connection between humans and environment have to to with the study of geography in way that both humans and environment are interconnected to each other because both are part of ecosystem and looking at geography, it is the study of the relationship between the human and its environment.
