For examination of urine in case of infants, a collecting bag is attached to the child's skin. After attaching the urine collecting bag to the child's skin, a diaper is put on the baby, over the collecting bag. The bag is removed  once the child has urinated.

Answer: THE DIAPER IS WORN OVER THE COLLECTING BAG.
