In 1996, the remains of a prehistoric human were found in Kennewick, Washington. This human was named as the Kennewick man and since its discovery, it has been widely studied by experts of multiple areas as this provides information about the ancestors of Native Americans.

This study and analysis has included the participation of biologists who reconstructed the features of this prehistoric human, and determined factors such as diet, age, death, etc.; geologists who determined how ancient the remains were; and physical anthropologists who focused on evolution and behavior, among many other experts.

However, this did not include economics as in this study there was not a priority to understand how wealth or economic systems affected this prehistoric human, also, in most cases, economics cannot be studied from skeletal remains.
