Thats odd my answer didnt get published stranged, anhow what I was saying is that due to the surface area and mass of the tree is has enough bouyency to stay afloat because of the surface tension on the water with the tree.

umka21 [38]

Answer: The two possible explanation for the outcome are as follows:

Explanation:

1. The bacterial DNA in the pellet was not completely isolated properly, therefore, no fluorescence was observed in the pellet under the exposure of UV radiation.

2. After 3 hours of induction with the IPTG and labeling with the G3. The IPGT might not be able to bound to the bacterial DNA that could show response of fluorescence in the ultraviolet light.

This bonds to cytosine (C) in DNA.
shtirl [24]

Answer: Guanine

According to Chargaff's rule, the base pairing in the DNA and RNA is fixed. Adenine always pairs with Thymine in DNA and Uracil in RNA. Guanine pairs up with cytosine. This complementary base pairing is universal and constant. That's why amounts are also equal. It means if cytosine is 20% in any DNA sample, then amount of guanine would be 20% as well.
