Plessy v. Fergusson was a court case that ruled, Blacks can have the separate but equal opportunities. Brown v. Board was a court case that ruled, Schools where to be desecrated. This helped fuel the Civil Rights Movement.
The Fugitive Slave Law (C) required that all states help slave owners catch their runaway slaves. This law required that if a slave were to escape to a northern state where there was no slavery that the person must be returned to their "owner" in the South.
The southern industry was less successful compared to the northern industry at the course of the American revolution because the south mainly is sustained by agriculture which is less superior compared to the rapid growth of industrialisation in the Northern region due to many settlements.
