Why was the daughter murdered in murder on the orient express?
elena-14-01-66 [18.8K]
One assumes you are talking about the unfortunate Daisy Armstrong, daughter of Colonel Armstrong. If this is the case, there is no official explanation but the assumption is Ratchett/Cassetti (the murderer) killed Daisy because he could not be bothered to take care of the young girl. After all, he assumed he'd get the ransom money anyways.

Mkey [24]

Pope Urban II calls for the primary campaign since in spite of the fact that the foremost objective of the Campaigns was to require control of Jerusalem missing from the Muslims, there were various reasons why European knights and others were willing to travel and fight a war in a exterior land. Christians frequently made ventures to the beginning of their religion, but when the Seljuk Turks took control of Jerusalem, Christians were banished from the Holy City. A part of individuals reacted to Urban's call to march on Jerusalem, but not all of them, European nobles were lured by the prospect of extended land belonging and wealth to be picked up from the victory. Urban passed away in 1099, two weeks after the drop of Jerusalem but some time recently news of the Christian triumph made it back to Europe.
