k food can be harmful to a person’s health. Most of the food items are fried and high in sugar and fat. Various studies have shown that eating high amounts of junk food can cause obesity, high cholesterol, liver and heart problems, and even issues in concentration. Journals have released articles showing the addictive nature of this kind of food and its harmful effects on children. It is a better idea to eat junk food in moderation. There’s nothing wrong with a slice of pizza every now and then, but healthy habits are better!
