Silence is a blank space that begs to be filled is and example of a metaphor.
A metaphor is a literary technique where one thing is compared to or called another thing that it is not literally. In this example silence is being called something that it isn't actually...a blank space that begs to be filled.
Irony is when the audience or reader knows something that the characters do not, and shows a difference between reality and appearance, simile is a comparison of two things that uses like or as, and hyperbole is an exaggeration made for effect.
The most honest answer is nothing.
While psychoanalysts might tell you that your dreams have an important role in your life and that they are talking about your secret desires and whatnot, that is simply not true. Research has never proven this.

Answer:
I used to be loud and bubbly, but now I just sit around quietly and listen to music. My mindset has completely changed from when I was in 7th grade. Now, I feel more stressed and it's hard to focus. I feel like I have to meet everyone's expectations. I just want to be who I used to be. Sometimes I feel like someone else. I have to worry about my future and college which is stressful, to say the least. My life has changed in many positive ways, too. I have so many good friends to help me when I feel stressed and sad. So friends come and go, but it's probably for the best. My friends are good influences and they are kind. They have influenced me to be a better person. I have positively influenced them as well.
I hope this is good. You can make as many edits as you need!
