So I decided to talk to the old man and offer my help, and at the same time assure him that he will be safe if he walks through with me he simply responded not to worry about him as he has crossed this road many times before, while slightly disappointed I realized that it’s better that he knows how to cross the road by himself in case people wouldn’t have been as courteous as I was.
